How to download all attachments for a specific Service Ticket

  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Cloud for Sales

Reproducing the Issue

Resolution

  1.  Within Library work center -> Attachments view -> All 
  2.  Filter the Attachment with Ticket (by enter the 'Ticket Id' in the column name 'Object Id')
  3.  Download all the attachments related to this Ticket Id
