3327121 - Incorrect update or getting error when using the SHDB to update customized fields added by the Custom Fields app

Symptom

Customized fields are added to sales documents by using the Custom Fields (previously Custom Fields and Logic) app. The fields can be found on the custom fields tab of sales documents.

However, when trying to update the custom fields by using the SHDB or IDOC (ways of using the batch input), issues occur:

  • incorrect update of custom fields
  • no update of custom fields at all
  • getting error (e.g. Input value is longer than the dynpro field, Message no. 00348)
