Symptom
- After creating an EPM add-in connection with the load balancer URL, accessing EPM add-in failed with error message: Cannot send a content-body with this verb-type.
- The accessing works with the direct server URL (bypass load balancer).
- Below errors can be found in EPM add-in trace file Trace_xxxxx.glf.
