3327322 - The Formatting Option is Missing in Ticket's Internal Memo Activity


While composing a new e-mail within ticket, an e-mail editor have formatting option which is missing while creating an internal memo activity .

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Service work center.
  2. Go to the Ticket view.
  3. Search and open the Ticket LMN (where LMN represents the ticket number).
  4. Go to the Interactions facet.
  5. Click New button to compose an E-mail.
  6. You will the E-mail editor which opens have the Format option.
  7. If you select an Internal Memo and click on New to create Internal Memo activity
  8. You will see Internal Memo editor, do not have the Format option.


The Formatting tool is only available in an E-mail editor, but not in an Internal Memo editor.


This is current system behavior.
