3327383 - ESI - Messages with the same ID returns HTTP 202 Accepted

Symptom

Even with the Quality of Service (QoS) configured for Exactly Once (EO), no error message is raised in any web service monitor when messages with the same ID are sent.

And

Target system responds with a "202 Accepted".
