3327509 - [To be fixed in CE2308] Error log missing in Manage Output Items app - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

There is an erroneous output item. In Manage Output Items app, the error log is missing. However the error log can be observed in application app.

This is a known issue that rarely happens.

The bug is to be fixed in CE2308. As a workaround the error log could be checked in application apps.
