3327627 - 'userSearch' parameter usability for My Inbox App tile created on SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition Launchpad Site

• In the SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry environment, you can create Monitor Workflows, My Inbox, and Start Form tiles on SAP Fiori launchpad, using the SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition and its SAP Fiori launchpad functionalities.
• Furthermore, you are configuring the My Inbox app which allows you to use its various functionalities in the Master-Detail and the Expert View layouts. 
• For Substitutions functionality you have configured 'userSearch' parameter with value "true", but enter a user ID when creating a substitution rule in 'Add Substitute' page there is No suggestion result is returned/prompted.
