3327696 - Fiori app Manage Posting Periods - Cost Accounting (F4684) does not load after upgrade to S/4HANA 2022

• After upgrading to S/4HANA 2022, the Fiori app Manage Posting Periods - Cost Accounting (App ID F4684) does not load.
• In transaction SICF, the ICF nodes for Service Name 'FIN_POSTGPERDS' and Service Path '/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/fin_postgperds' have already been activated.
• The F12 console displays the below error:

The issue is most likely caused by application fin.gl.postingperiods.manage. Please create a support incident and assign it to the support component of the respective application. - Failed to load UI5 component with properties: '{
