You have a integration that is giving a huge different number of records in the preview, preview download file and output file.
- In preview (UI) and output the results are the same
- In preview (downloded file) there are more records
Cause
This is not a expected behavior and has been discovered as an issue for EDI based integrations only. The output generated through "Download Preview" is bypassing the calculated filter, as a result done the downloaded file from preview is producing more number of records compared to UI preview or actual output file.
Resolution
A JIRA has been created for further analysis and improve this behavior (INT-16201)
We are looking to incorporate the missing logic to resolve the issue. Given that it is not a business critical and actual output is generated properly, there is no ETA on the permanent fix.
