3327833 - How to inspect consumption of DB connections in Cloud Integration

Symptom

Cloud Integration message fails because no DB connections are available, below error occurs:

org.springframework.transaction.CannotCreateTransactionException: Could not open JDBC Connection for transaction; nested exception is java.sql.SQLTransientConnectionException: <tenant name> - Connection is not available

This KBA describes how to use Inspect function to troubleshoot above error.
Note: Inspect feature is only available in Cloud Foundry tenants.
