3327944 - Offboardee Experience on the Home Page - Onboarding

Offboardee cards are now available on the home page.

Pre-requisite: The latest home page is enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Terminate a candidate on Employee Central
2. Complete the Review you offboarding information step
3. Cards will appear on the home page

The following offboardee cards are now available on the home page:

• My Offboarding Tasks - This card tracks the following Offboarding tasks that must be completed by the offboardee:
  • Your Offboarding Information
  • Complete E-Signature
• Offboarding Tasks - This card tracks Offboarding tasks that require action from other participants for the following tasks:
  • Create Knowledge Transfer Plan
  • Complete <Technical KT> The actual card name reflects the name of the assigned task such as "Complete Finance KT".
  • Return Assets

The Nudge Assignee action sends an email notification to the Offboarding participant prompting them to complete their task.

The offboardee can now use the Nudge Assignee option to send an email notification reminder to the assignee asking them to complete their to-do tasks.

The new Offboardee cards enable offboardees to complete their Offboarding tasks as well as track and nudge Offboarding tasks that are completed by other participants. This enhancement is from Customer Idea #280776.
