3328071 - Syntax error in program /1BCWDY/7V8D3UIMNCPR6SLSTR7D==CP or /1BCWDY/* with Webdynpro ABAP program

Symptom

  • Following error happens with application soamanger (appl_soap_management) when try to do Manual Configuration with Web Service Configuration.
    500 Internal Server Error
    Syntax error in program "/1BCWDY/7V8D3UIMNCPR6SLSTR7D==CP
  • In transaction: ST22, below dump can be observed the same time:
    Category               ABAP programming error
    Runtime Errors         SYNTAX_ERROR
    Web Dynpro Component   C_SRT_WS_EVENT_PROVIDER
    ABAP Program           /1BCWDY/7V8D3UIMNCPR6SLSTR7D==CP
    Application Component  BC-ESI-WS-ABA-CFG

Similar issue may happen with other actions with similar syntax error in "/1BCWDY/*".
