Symptom

Even though my users are assigned workflow licenses, some are not appearing as users in Process Governance application.

Environment

SAP Signavio Process Governance 3.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Process Governance
  2. Select the Processes tab
  3. Create a new process.
  4. Add a user task element.
  5. When trying to assign it too a specific user, see their user is not an option in the dropdown.

Cause

You are not seeing all users in the Process Governance application as all users are not synced between Signavio Process Manager and Process Governance.

Resolution

Please sync your users by navigating to Explorer -> Setup> Manage approval workflows, and then press the button to 'Synchronize users now'.
