Symptom
Log in issues in Onboarding, when the onboardee inserts the email in the Log In MyHR screen receives the error message "AADSTS90072: user account 'candidate@email.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant - Onboarding".

Resolution
The behavior has already been addressed to the responsible teams and confirmed as an issue. A code correction was created and it will be deployed in the next release H1 2023 (B2305).

Engineers advised that the issue could happen randomly for few onboarding users until permanent fix is deployed.
The workaround is to:
- Resend the welcome email for affected candidate
- For the affected onboardee to click the login URL from the ONB Welcome Email and click "Forgot Password?" icon from the login UI, then system will send a new email containing a new password reset link.
