Why cannot I see 'actions trigger' button in my Process Intelligence workspace?

SAP Signavio Process Intelligence 3.0

1. Open Process Intelligence.
2. Select the Processes tab
3. See on the top right hand corner there is no 'Actions trigger' button.

You cannot see the button as it is Beta feature and not enabled on all workspaces.
