3328383 - Not replicating after encounter ERROR #13116 - SRS

Symptom

  • SRS is not replicating or hung
  • SRS error log reports:

    • ERROR #13116 REP AGENT(PDS.dbname) The function <RCIGetInfo()> failed when trying to communicate with server and database <DS.RS_RSSD> as user <RS_prim>. See Connector error messages for more information.  

    • ERROR #5080 USER(...) Cannot find an entry in the rs_databases system table for database 'PDS.dbname'. It is not known to this Replication Server.
