Symptom
- SRS is not replicating or hung
- SRS error log reports:

ERROR #13116 REP AGENT(PDS.dbname) The function <RCIGetInfo()> failed when trying to communicate with server and database <DS.RS_RSSD> as user <RS_prim>. See Connector error messages for more information.

ERROR #5080 USER(...) Cannot find an entry in the rs_databases system table for database 'PDS.dbname'. It is not known to this Replication Server.
