3328421 - Cannot connect to Data Services repository via Designer after changing OS IP address

• The OS IP addresses and server names of DS job server and repository DBs are changed.
• After that, when logging on DS Designer, can connect to CMS successfully, but get error when connecting to DS repositories.
• The error message shows it's still trying to connect to the old OS IP address of the DS repositories.
• The DS repository DBs connect information in CMC are updated with new server name and test successfully.
• The hosts files on each server are updated with the new server names and IP addresses.
