3328451 - SAP BTP IS - Changed by error from successfactor to enterprise_agreement

You have changed your Integration Suite service plan from successfactors_edition to enterprise_agreement by mistake and would like to revert this change.

When trying to change service plans, you get the error messages below:

Couldn't update the plan. The "Integration Suite" application doesn't support the transition from the undefined plan to successfactors_edition plan

and

We were unable to save your changes for Integration Suite - enterprise_agreement.
If you are trying to decrease or remove a quota, make sure that this quota is not in use.
If the problem persists, please open a support incident.
Reason: failed to update quota in remote provisioning due to: Service integrationsuite and plan enterprise_agreement has active subscriptions and cannot be removed
