3328761 - GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED dump at deletion of condition record

Any of these symptoms can occur:

1.

During deletion of a condition technique record, the system throws the following dump:

Category                        ABAP programming error
Runtime Errors              GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED
ABAP Program              /SAPCND/CL_DB_ACCESS_SRV======CP
Application Component  AP-PRC-CON

2.

When inserting a new condition technique record e.g. in /SCWM/PRWO6 transaction, it is not saved correctly (some fields remain empty).

3.

When inserting a new condition technique record e.g. in /SCWM/PRWO6 transaction, it is not saved at all.
