When creating FIFO valuation extract using app "Create FIFO Valuation Extract", you notice that the materials were not selected.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Goods movements which update no value or no quantity are not relevant for valuation.

Correct system behavior. You can check whether a material has value/quantity in app "Material Price Analysis" (CKM3).

Note: You should also be sure that the Material is set as FIFO/LIFO Relevant, and set the relevancy for the material with app "Flag Materials for FIFO Valuation".
