3328791 - "To be Hired" flag not updated after employee assignment in mass position - Employee Central

Scenario: Position A have multiple incumbents currently however FTE is X. After assigning a new employee in the position A the FTE is reached however "To be Hired" flag does not update.

This can be caused by effective dating logic. If newly employee in position was assigned on a date where FTE was less than target FTE in position then "To Be Hired" flag will not be updated as in that date the FTE was not reached.

"To Be Hired" will only adapt in case current date FTE is meet. Hence employee should be assigned to a date in position after all employee were assigned to the position so system can identify current employee data and reach the current target FTE.
