3328809 - Error: "Failed to decrypt object 100 using cryptographic key ID: 4." in CMS traces when starting servers

Symptom

  • cannot start servers (SIA)
  • Error mesage in Central Management Server (CMS) traces:
    "33007   Failed to decrypt object 100 using cryptographic key ID: 4.
    35101   The root server reported an error Initialization Failure. (Reason: Failed to decrypt object 100 using cryptographic key ID: 4.Failed to decrypt object 100 using cryptographic key ID: 4. Error decrypting InfoObject ). "
  • On the same host, There are two Server Intelligent Agent (SIAs) using the same port (the default value is 6410) whose Central Management Servers (CMS) use the same port (the default value is 6400.
