3328822 - Outside Discovery is failing "HTTP status code: 401" - SAP Focused Run

As part of managed system configuration the Outside Discovery is being configured, but resulting in error.

In the outsidediscovery.log file the following error happens:

ExecuteSLDReg: Return code: 401 --- Return message: (Unauthorized)
ExecuteSLDReg: HTTP response: HTTP status code: 401

SAP Focused Run 2.0 ; SAP Focused Run 3.0 ; SAP Focused Run 4.0 ; SAP Focused Run 5.0
