3328868 - You Cannot Add Services To The Business Role

• When you open a business role you see the warning "Some of the business services assigned to the business role is no longer valid. Please delete all the services with a warning sign to proceed further.".
• If you try to add a new business service you get the error "Invalid service ABC. Please try with a valid service." in which ABC is the service ID.

1. Login to the system and open All settings.
2. Open Business roles screen.
3. Open the affected role.
4. You will see the warning at the top "Some of the business services assigned to the business role is no longer valid. Please delete all the services with a warning sign to proceed further.".
5. In business services section click on Add (+) button.
6. Select a service and click on Add.
7. Result: You receive the error "Invalid service ABC. Please try with a valid service.".

There is a service assigned to the affected role which is no longer valid.

In order to solve the issue, please delete the services which have a warning icon on the Business Service ID column.
