3328876 - CTE - Detokenization process in system A works, while detokenizing the same token at system B fails HTTP 500

Symptom

You are trying to detokenize the credit card token, of an expense report that was originally imported at system A in system B, even if both systems are connected to the same Concur entity.

When you use test report CTE_FIN_GET_CCARD_NR, you get an HTTP error 500 "Internal Server Error":

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental"
