When you mouse-over a field of type picklist in Job Requisition page, from where the values hovering come?

Resolution
If there is no value selected in the picklist field yet, the hovering will display field description. In case the field does not have a field description or it is blank, the hovering will display field label instead.
If you select a value for the picklist field, the hovering will display the selected value label.
You can see an example right below, the field description is hovering when nothing is selected for picklist and, after select values, the correspondent selected are hovering.
