3328930 - Total Payable/Receivable amount in Withholding Tax Return

You have executed Withholding Tax Return Run and the respective Withholding Trax Return shows Total Payable/Receivable amount 0,00. You are expecting some amount.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Tax Management work center. 
2. Click on Withholding Tax Retrurns view. 
3. Check the Return - AA.
4. Under Tax Return Amounts section, the Total Payable/Receivable amount is 0,00. 

The system shows Total Payable/Receivable amount only when the Withholding Tax Return Type is marked as Payment Relevant under Tax Authority. To verify,

1. Go to Tax Authority.
2. Click on Company Tax Arrangements tab.
3. Under Tax Return Arrangements, you can verify the Payment Relevant option.
4. Payment Relevant is not ticked, so the Total Payable/Receivable amount is 0,00.  

This is a standard system behaviour.
