3328966 - Background Check Values on the Job Requisition Page are Not Getting Saved - Recruiting Management

After 1H 2023 release deployment, the Background Check details, such as Account and Package fields, are not getting saved, as a result, the Job Requisition cannot be saved if the fields are required.

This issue happens due to an JSON exception by not converting the arrayList of string that contain the special characters to JSON post JSON library upgrade.

The issue has already been reported and the issue is currently being investigated by SAP's internal teams.

Currently, there's no workaround available.

UPDATE: The issue has been fixed on May-25th however a new issue appeared, which does not allow the User to edit the fields, even if the write permissions in place.
