3329004 - Error: "Standard Mappings not available or not configured for the Buyer ANXXXXXXXXXXXX"

Symptom

After sending a document from SAP ERP system to Managed Gateway for Spend&Network, the transaction fails in the Transaction Tracker with the following error:

Standard Mappings not available or not configured for the Buyer ANXXXXXXXXXXXX - .. Suggested Action : Please validate if the confiugred AddOn version is correct by clicking on your profile Basic Data. ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-00613.Please review the Support Note 189489 (https://support.ariba.com/item/view/189489) for solution.
