The system identifies the Interview Organizer role as the user who initiate to schedule an interview. There is an option in Interview Scheduling tab to add yourself or another user as Interview Organizer. The interview organizer will have the permission to reschedule or delete existing interview, add or remove candidate from interview, modify the assigned interviewers, or send reminder to the candidate for interview.

To add additional user as Interview Organizer, the user  must have feature permission for interviewAssessment in job requisition template. In Interview Scheduling, look for the job posting. Click the expand icon (Ú) to see existing interview. Hover to Assign to column to add or delete the existing interview organizer.
