3329053 - Cannot save BTP Cloud public variants to a transport TR

• While creating a public Variant (View), there is no prompt to create a save the variants to the transport
• Why can't we save a public variant on-Premise but not on BTP Cloud? 
• Cannot transfer a public variant to another system (From QA to Prod)
