3329109 - IBP - OBP: Planning Filter is not working

Symptom

When running a planning job using a Planning filter:

    • The expected Product Location was not affected, or more locations than expected were affected by the job.
    • A second planning job running simultaneously (with a different filter for locations/products) failed due to "location/product locked for planning", even though there shouldn't be an overlap.
