3329207 - [Onboarding] FirstName and LastName in Standard New Zealand Compliance Form is not visible to Onboardee

• Unable to see FirstName and LastName in Standard New Zealand Compliance Form.
• Unable to submit the New Zealand Tax Code or Tax Rate Declaration Compliance form.
• The employee is unable to edit as it is a standard form.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Directly login as Onboardee.
2. Click on To-Do tile and complete the signature task.
3. FirstName and LastName are not visible under Employee's Personal Details in detailed page.

"Personal Information Action" permission is not granted to the permission role.

Please grant the following permission to the user via Manage Permission Roles:

• Employee Central Effective Dated Entities > Personal Information Actions (View Current, View History, Edit/Insert)

Note: Kindly confirm FirstName and LastName fields have values in Integration Center and New Hire Data Review.

How to identify the EC entity of the FirstName and LastName fields:

1. Navigate to Manage Data > Compliance Form > Select the NZ Form
2. Scroll down to the metadataForFormFields
3. Open the NZ_FIRST_NAME Details
4. Check the ecFieldMeta row, confirm that the field belongs to the PersonalInfo entity
