3329410 - Locale when initiating Onboarding is always en_US in Manage Data - Onboarding

When Onboarding is initiated(manually or from Recruiting) for a candidate with any locale, the locale displayed in Manage data is always en_US.

This is the current system behavior. For any locale selected, the locale displayed in Manage data will be en_US.

However, you may check for the locale in the data inspector tool. This will show the correct value.
