How to check which workflows are currently being used in the rules?

It is currently not supported to check the workflows in use via report.

In order to confirm which workflows are in use it is necessary to verify all workflow derivation business rules to check which workflows are being mentioned. That can be checked in the Manage Business Configuration screen.

It can also be done by doing a rule trace while reproducing the issue. The rule trace will show which rule triggered the workflow.

The rule trace is the best way to capture and troubleshoot issues and configurations including workflow derivation.
