3329539 - BRF+ 'Z' application package error after upgrade

There is BRF+ application named Z* which was built under a specific Software Component.
After the upgrade/migration the software component has changed to S4CORE or another standard package.
With that, it is not possible to ‘check’ the application without any errors.
The error messages include:

• Invalid or no namespace in application name
• Customer object FDT0 Z... cannot be assigned to package ...
• Software component of package ... has changed from ... to ...
