3329705 - Error messages not being detected although configured in Job Log Content in Job Monitoring

Job Log Content functionality configured successfully in Job Monitoring, but when error messages occurring in managed system sm37 job log, these error messages could not be captured in Job Monitoring UI and showing message "Counter for message variable X is 0 in message: <monitored messages>".
