3329715 - The login window will pop-up when activating a tenant in iRPA desktop agent

Symptom

  • Upon completing the installation of the Desktop Agent, you are ready to register a tenant for it.
  • You opt to reference the Mass Agent Registration process for registering the tenant.
  • However, after registering the token license file in the local computer's registry, the activation of the tenant still prompts a pop-up window requiring the SAP S-User and password.
