3329807 - SRM exception CX_BBP_PD_ABORT occurs on PPS Shopping cart with commitment

Symptom

A Purchase Order was created from a Shopping Cart. When the user attempts to change the PO and save, the short dump CX_BBP_PD_ABORT occurs because of the error "Back-end error; commitment could not be posted for shopping cart". This might happen after upgrade of SRM to SRM 714 SP17.
