3329816 - Error M8266 is raised when posting invoices in bulk - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When posting invoices in bulk (normally through BAPI or EDI) it is noticed that many of these documents fail due to error M8266 - "Error in line 1 of table T_DRSEG".

The documents fail at random, and there does not seem to be any logic behind it.
