• Receiving an Alert when submitting or saving an offer approval but there is no specific message indicating which field(s) caused the alert.
• Error message: "Alert Changes saved. Some fields require additional attention."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Click Take Action > Offer > Offer Approval
2. Select a template and fill in all fields
3. Try to save or submit the offer approval
4. It shows "Alert Changes saved. Some fields require additional attention."

A mandatory field (derived field) in the Offer Detail Template does not exist in the source Job Requisition Template or Job Application Template.

Remove the invalid field from the Offer Detail Template.

Identifying the Invalid Field:

For Partners:

1. Go to Provisioning > Import/Update/Export Offer Detail Template.
2. Click the button "Validate against other Templates" for each template.
3. After validation, click "Show Results" to review any warnings related to "Field Missing: The field "<FieldID>", defined in the Offer Detail Template is missing in Job Req Template".

For Customers:

1. Use the tool "Manage Templates" from Admin Center to review any derived fields(*) that are marked as Required in the Offer Detail Template
2. Check which field is not showing up on the offer approval page. (The invalid field does not appear on the page since it does not exist.)

*A derived field is from the Job Requisition template or the Job Application template. There are four types of derived fields:

• Job Requisition Standard Field
• Job Requisition Custom Field
• Job Application Standard Field
• Job Application Custom Field
