How to copy same compensation info from previous employment during rehire?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue
1. Rehire an inactive employee from Rehire Inactive Users.
2. Input necessary info in the hire wizard.
3. When it comes to compensation section, no data is copied from previous employment.
Cause
"Default Compensation Information during rehire " under manage data > Hire/Rehire Configuration is not enabled.
Resolution
You need to enable option "Default Compensation Information during rehire " under manage data > Hire/Rehire Configuration if you want to copy compensation information from previous employment for new hire.
