3330426 - Extension Field is Missing in the Form Template.

Extension Field cannot be added to the Form Template.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Application and User management Work Center.
2. Go to Form Template Maintenance.
3. Select Form template for respective Task.
4. Open via Easy Form Editor.
5. Added Extension Field is missing.

The Cause for the issue is user has to perform Publish Activity.

User has to create extension field with anchor on root node and then update the template to accommodate the extension field. The flow wise, application provides the message type based on extensibility, they have to use that message type and map the extension field on the template then only it will be visible.

After creating the above changes kindly follow below steps:

1. Download the Template
2. Update the Extension Field & Upload it again
3. Perform Publish Activity

Now User can able to see the field on preview or Easy form editor.
