Symptom
We are currently having issues with personal Groups. Any special Groups that we are manually assigning are disappearing from the user's groups. Once re-added as a Group, 30 minutes later it disappears again.
Resolution
What was happening was that they placed the users in a default group called (Hub) but they were also assigning the users to a different group but it had the same permissions assigned (Hub). When they do that and because they use SSO it removes the second group that has the same permissions.
