3330497 - Users not available in Employee File or Table report but available in Advance/Story reporting

Users are showing up in Advance/Story reporting even though they are not available under Company Info, Employee File, Employee export template and Table reporting

1. Login into into instance
2. Under Reporting
3. Select New, click on Canvas/Story reporting
4. Create a new Story/Advanced report 
5. You can see some records in Advanced/Story reporting that are not available in Employee File

Some users appear in reporting, that are going through Onboarding process, even though they are not available under Employee File

There is a field in Global Job information object called "The Hiring Process Is Not Yet Complete", kindly apply filter on this field as equal to 0, so that it won't show values for records who are in Onboarding process in reporting.
This field is available on Story reports after the 2305 release.
