3330513 - "Unable to save PDF document" happens when generating a PDF file

Symptom

When generating a PDF file by ADS(adobe document services), error happens.

From the ADS trace, we can see the error "Unable to save PDF document"

com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ads.exception.TransientException: A problem was encountered with the results: Exception: IDL:com/adobe/document/xmlform/RenderException:1.0

Reason: 12583 : Unable to save PDF document. Error during PDDocSave.

The ADS configuration is correct.(FP_TEST_00 gives positive result)
