3330556 - Input Controls Missing for Optimized View Mode in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• When viewing the story the input controls, measure based input controls, and dimension based input controls are all empty on all pages
• When entering ‘Edit’ mode, re-saving the story, and re-entering 'View' mode - input controls appear
• After leaving the story and re-entering it the input controls, measure based input controls, and dimension based input controls are all empty on all pages again
• Only occurs for Optimized Design Experience; no issue with classical

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.2.17 
• S4 HANA

1. View story with Optimized Design Experience (ODE)
2. Observe that input controls are missing/not loading
3. Enter 'Edit' mode
4. Re-save story
5. Re-enter 'View' mode
6. Observe input controls are now visible
7. Exit story
8. Re-enter story
9. Observe missing input controls 

• Browser was set to a zoom level different than 100%.
• As per the SAP Analytics Cloud documentation, 100% zoom level is required to view and design stories.

• Set the browser zoom level at 100%
