3330713 - Language Adaptation of Opportunities Fetch no Results

Symptom

When trying to adapt text for the Opportunity BO via Language Adaptation, the system finds no text.

Environment

SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Language Adaptation
  3. Select opportunities (Opportunity - sap.crm.service.opportunityEngagementService)
  4. Enter the relevant language selections
  5. Click Next.

Cause

The application selected - sap.crm.service.opportunityEngagementService is incorrect.

Resolution

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Language Adaptation
  3. Select "Guided Selling - sap.crm.service.guidedSellingService" 
  4. Enter the relevant language selection.
  5. Click Next.

The text collection will be available.
