3330769 - Link for Compensation Information in My Team is not working

Symptom

When clicking Compensation Information in the quick card of My Team > Go to, it redirects to the Home Page.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. On the Home Page, click the My Team quick card.

  2. Then, select an employee and click Go To > Compensation Information.

  3. This redirects to the Home Page.

Resolution

The Section for Compensation Information has a space in the Manage Data configuration. The path to resolve it is remove the space in SFCC_CompInfo Tab following the steps:

  1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Data -> Search EmployeeProfilePageConfig:PP3Page (PP3Page)   
  2. Under 'Sections' > the Compensation section is listed as "SFCC_CompInfo Tab"

Note: After this change is applied, the permissions will be updated, and it will be necessary to add them again for the users.
