3330801 - Archiving and Document Access for SAP Solutions - Windows Viewer - Error "Cannot connect to host" when attempting to view an object from SAP or Enterprise Scan"

Symptom

In Windows Viewer, when you attempt to view an object from SAP / Enterprise Scan using OpenText Imaging Windows Viewer - multiple errors appear confirming that there is no connection between the client and the Archive Server.

Error Message:

Error [20539] Document cannot be opened, Error [18021] Document: document ID, Note [16074] Cannot connect to host <archive server name>. Please check your connection.
